Cooking Instructions:

Place Olive Oil in a large cast iron pan on medium heat, add onions and sauté until the onions is soft. Add the minced pork using a wooden spoon to break it up and continue to sauté until the meat turns brown.

Add all of the remaining ingredients except the green onions and the NorthernEdge® Oat Rice. Stir the dish well and bring to a boil in high heat. Once combined, cover and let simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.

Turn the heat up to medium to allow the sauce to reduce. Simmer for 10 minuets or until you reach your desired consistency. Season to taste with Salt.

Reheat the Oat Rice in the microwave for about 90 Seconds. Place ¼ portion of the NorthernEdge® Oat Rice in a bowl, and top it with the Minced Pork. Sprinkle some of the thinly sliced green onions on top. If you enjoy a little bit of spice to your dish you can add a dash or to of hot sauce too!
