For fastest processing of your Fax or Mail order, view your shopping cart, complete all the personal details and then instead of completing the order, print the page (File – Print) and then send via Fax to +1 (306) 872-4822, or mail to the address above. If you do not have a printer and wish to fax or mail, then please check that all the details that appear on the checkout page are on you order.
We do not keep any inventory on hand, all food-ingredient products that we sell on our online store is made on a per-order basis. If an order is placed, we will attend to the product within 5 to 10 business days, it all depends on our production schedule. If there is a hold on your order we will contact you by email (or by phone) to let you know. Orders received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and on holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, cheques, e-transfers, and direct deposit/ wire transfer. Prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars. If you are in any other country outside Canada then your credit card company will convert to your local currency.
We use PayPal as a secure payment system. Note that you do not have to create an account with PayPal to checkout, you can choose the “guest” option as well. Since transactions are processed immediately with PayPal, your order can be shipped faster than when paying by cheque or direct transfer. Please visit PayPal.com for more information.
Our exchange rate may differ slightly from your credit card’s exchange rate, and therefore your final total may differ slightly from our estimated prices.
Cheques: If you prefer to pay by cheque, please not that it is a little slower process, as we need to wait for your cheque to arrive, and can only ship out your order once the cheque has cleared. This could take roughly 5 to 10 business days (from the date that the cheque was deposited), depending on where you are sending your cheque from. The cheque must be made out to “Northern Nutraceuticals Inc.”
In Person Pickup Payments: Please note that we do not have an official “store-front”. If you are planning on doing an in-person pickup, please ensure that your order is paid for before scheduling the pick up of your order.
Our customers may choose any of our payment methods.
We are required to charge applicable HST or GST on shipping. Taxes are paid according to the customers shipping address. Appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed on the check out section of the site. US and International customers are not required to pay taxes.
Because we are located in rural Saskatchewan, we do not offer next day delivery, regardless of whether the carriers offers this service. If the carrier offers a 24-hour delivery service, we take no responsibility if it is not delivered within the timeframe offered.
Exemption to Free Shipping
Not all products are qualified for free shipping. If you reside outside Northern America, please go ahead, and place your order online, and let us know if you have a preferred carrier, we will then do up a final order invoice and ship out your order once payment was received.
Raw material and bulk ingredients are exempt from free shipping as well, as it weighs more which makes the cost on the freight more. Feel free to reach out to us, and we can do up a quote for you under our own carriers. We also allow our customers to make their own freight arrangements.
Shipping within Canada
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 CDN or more, before taxes and less than 13 lbs. Parcels are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. If our free shipping service does not apply then shipments will be charged at a flat rate of $10 or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, whichever is higher.
All items purchased are shipped via Canada Post from Spalding, SK. Heavy items over 13 lbs or bulky items may require additional charges.

FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 CDN or more and weighing less than 13 lb. Parcels will be sent Tracked Packet.
For orders under $100 and weighing less than 13 lb, shipments will be charged a flat rate of $15, or the actual cost charged by Canada Post, whichever is higher.
Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery.
Please note that all parcels weighing under 13 lb and not needing extra insurance will be sent via Tracked Packet. Faster shipping options can be selected on the check out page of the site.
When you place your order, it is possible to select “pick up in-store” instead. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up, and your order will be held for pick up for a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that pickups can be done Mondays to Fridays, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If your order is not picked up withing the 10 business days, your order will be cancelled. Your order will then be refunded and a 15 % service fee will be applied.
In the event of receiving your order in poor or damaged condition, it is extremely important that you follow the instructions below:
- Take photos clearly showing the damaged parcel in which your order has arrived in.
- Take photo showing the damaged product that arrived inside the parcel.
- Send an email to us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product with the email subject reding “Claim”, followed by the purchase order number.
Products that have been opened (tamper evident seal has been broken) will not be claimable.
Publishing Pricing Errors
Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. will reserve the right to adjust the pricing on our online store at any given moment. In the case that the website displays an inaccurate price, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

- No expiry date.
- One Gift Card per transaction.
- Shipping is not included.
- Valid for as many transactions as used for, until the full amount has been used up.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, however, should your product arrive damaged you can submit a claim. Credit will only be given claims that is approved.

We will not accept responsibility for any customs charges incurred through shipping to international destinations. These charges are the responsibility of the person ordering.
Returned, refused and seized packages
We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.
Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused or seized orders:
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 14 days of a charge to your credit card. We will initiate a search with the Post Office and advise you of our findings. We will make a claim through Canada Post and once we are reimbursed by them we will credit your credit card.
We do not accept responsibility for parcels confiscated by customs. If a product is not legally allowed to be imported into the country you have had the product sent to, we will not accept responsibility for any claims. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to determine the rules for that country. Our reason for this policy is that each country’s rules change from day to day and we cannot possibly keep track of them, so please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order with us.
- Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for products only, minus a 15% service fee.
- Violation of laws: If a package is returned to Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. due to violation of a country’s laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to Northern Nutraceuticals Inc.. A refund will be issued for products only, minus a 15% service fee.
- Customer refusal: If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. will issue a refund for products only, minus a 15% service fee, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
- Customs seizure: If a package has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for products only, minus a 15% service fee.
- For any returned package: For any order that is returned to Northern Nutraceuticals Inc., if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost. This will only be applicable for larger orders. Northern Nutraceuticals Inc. does not offer any returns for damaged products on orders to the total value less than CA$ 100.
- Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Northern Nutraceuticals Inc., we cannot issue a refund for the order.
Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
